Stratagem beacons bounce unpredictably off surfaces instead of landing where thrown

VOICES CAST
Stratagem beacons frequently ricochet off walls, rocks, and other map surfaces and end up far from the intended target. Because stratagem placement is a core tactical mechanic, erratic beacon physics turn deliberate plays into coin-flips and routinely cause self-damage or wasted cooldowns.
Make beacon physics predictable: dampen or remove the random bounce when a beacon contacts a surface so it settles at or near the point of impact. Players should be able to place a stratagem with intent and trust where it lands.
